Went for baking lesson with 2 of my colleagues. The moment we reached the place, I think the 3 of us were at a loss. Everyone in the lesson knew exactly what to do, what to prepare for the lesson. Our faces clearly looked blank accompanied with lots of question marks. But very soon, with some help from the classmates, we slowly get into action.

The lesson was fun though it is rather confusing at times. The teacher helped us lots and at 1 moment there were about 3-4 classmates at our table helping us to add the ingredients. Haha, is it because we were too slow, or because they are too helpful! 1 classmate even look like 怪兽in the earlier days. He's an expert in baking though.

I like the bread. The smell & taste reminds me of Subway Bread! Yummy!
The blackforest turns out well. Abit sweet I think. If I have a mixer at home, I will bake it again heehee!
