Yeah, I'm so touched that you went to watch the nicest concert performed by Mayday. They are really the best!That explains why their fans are growing more and more. Thanks for the picture posted in your blog, although there's not even a trace of Ashin's face anywhere...Haha, I know la, 50cent, so small how to see! But to be able to hear them sing live, that is worth so much already! I love the "perfume", where he sing ‘啦啦啦啦啦，你想要世界’I like the way he pronounce the世界,it sounded cute! And Yes got 1 song is Beethoven's song, they got state it in their album, but seriously I never heard before -_-". Don't know Mr. Beethoven too well, except his Fur Elise...Haaa. Hopefully your leaves will be approved! 18 Days, that's so shiok!

It's Monday and I'm doing CNY Arts & Craft in the office. And yesterday I painted 1 side of my bedroom wall dark purple...Haha...

it comes with the free ticket to the concert tml. Hope you can go,
sure will be High High High, fly to the sky...heee...Maybe I upload
《米老鼠》or 《最重要的小事》for you to listen. Both nice too.

The whole album is nice, I'm addicted. Everyday minimum 2 doses.
Today the 5th, my mum birthday! Next month, dunno who Birth.Day hor...*scratch head & grin* Happy birthday Mummy, I wish you health always! I hope she can be discharge today. *pray pray* Don't worry, she's alright! I hope my family to be safe and healthy forever!

Please eat like you've never eat before

Question:
I'm terribly underweight. I tried out a lot of ways to eat a lot but still, my weight remains the same. I bought the Gainer's Fuel but still, my weight remains the same. Please tell me what should I do.

Answer:
In order for you to gain weight, you need to consume at least 3000 calories per day. This is best achieved through a combination of food and high-calorie supplement. You can continue to use Gainer's Fuel if you like although it is very expensive, or make your own high protein, high calorie drink for a fraction of the cost (see recipe below). Have a shake with your regular breakfast, and another one after your gym workout. Continue to have a good-size lunch and dinner with lots of starches, meat, vegetables & fruits. You also need to do weight training 3-4 times per week to increase muscle mass, this will help you gain weight along with the increased calorie intake.

Question:
My son is underweight and never increase his weight for 3-4 yrs. He only likes meat. Does taking more carbohydrates help?

Answer:
It would help him gain weight if he eats a more balanced diet that includes carbohydrates such as rice, bread, noodles, cereals, buns and even starchy vegetables like potatoes, yams & sweet potatoes. Carbohydrates are the best source for providing energy (fuel) for the body, protein (meat) converts poorly to energy in the absence of carbohydrate. So if he only eats protein and very little carbohydrate, most of the protein will be converted to energy, leaving very little for storage which could be the reason he has trouble gaining weight. He may find it easier to increase his intake if he ate more often or snacks in between meals on items such as sandwiches, buns or noodles. If he finds he is too busy to eat, he can take a liquid meal like Instant Breakfast or Ensure (Tm) to boost his intake.

Question:
I seem to have the same difficulty putting on weight as others try to take it off them! Should I resort to drinking those weight gaining formulas, those that cost a lots of money and boast about their high protein content? Please advise thank you.

Answer:
There is a number of things you can do if you do not wish to use nutritional supplements. First of all, you should evaluate your diet against the Healthy Diet Pyramid, select the higher number of servings and see if you are getting all the food you need. If you are low in any particular food, plan on including more from that food group ie. if you are low in fruits, have a fruit snack between meals or if you are low in vegetables, have an extra serving of vegetables at lunch or dinner. Secondly, you should have 3 meals plus 3 snacks if you would like to gain weight. You will consume more calories that way.

Use the following recipe if you would like to make your own high-protein drink.

Ingredients:
1 cup of full fat milk
3 tablespoons full-cream milk powder
2 scoops of ice cream
1 tbsp chocolate syrup, or 1/4 cup fruit
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)

Method:
Blend all items together in a blender to make a delicious shake.
A cup of shake provides about 400 calories per serving.
You need additional 550 calories per day to gain about 0.5 kg per week, this can come from drinking one shake plus extra food each day.

think this new album very not Mayday right. I have the
same feeling when I first listen too. Their 曲风abit different
from last album ah, feel abit young also, haha...but the
more I listen, the more I love! And the drums is abit
different, i can hear more of the "clang clang" sound in
some of the songs. Then the 《香水》I like the "rap" too.
Very chim and I want to learn that rap too! Tongue can get
tied together. But very 过瘾if can get every words right.
